Beautifully marrying bohemian vibes with a modern flair, Amare Bride Siera shared her vows with her dearly beloved beneath the breathtaking brick and aged wood architecture of the Carondelet House in Los Angeles.
Saying yes to the perfect dress seemed as surreal to Siera as her elegantly ethereal wedding day on October 2nd, 2015.
"I am one of the girls who imagined her wedding dress as a young girl, so to finally find my dress (after four previous bridal boutiques) was really exciting."
As soon as Siera fell in love with Style #B090 at the Casablanca Bridal flagship store in Newport, she decided to take her childhood vision a bit further by customizing the dress to for a one-of-a-kind finish.
Siera adjusted the sleeves of Style #B090 with a thinner width of lace, making the cap sleeve adjustable to be worn off-the-shoulders.
This simple adjustment transformed the classically romantic dress into a beautifully boho number.
Sparks flew between Siera and Lenny in 2004 during, after being introduced by a mutual friend in a football game. The couple continued to date for 11 years before the big question was asked.
Both parts clever and romantic, Lenny even had Siera's boss in on the secret of his proposal -- a valid reason to request for his future bride to have a day off from work early.
When it came to their wedding day, Siera and Lenny put their complete faith in their vendors. Once their florist, photographer, and planner were booked, the couple contributed their preferences but ultimately allowed the bridal industry professionals to do what they do best -- inspired and creative direction.
Siera advises future brides to remove the weight of stress from their shoulders by placing professional faith in their vendors. After all -- you're not there for the flowers and centerpieces, you're there to celebrate your love story!
"Trust your vendors and remember the most important thing is marrying your best friend. The little details don't truly matter."
The beige and blush tones from Siera's bridal bouquet were just the balance for the natural warm tones of the luxurious vintage venue.
